I found it!!

All that ranting I just did, down there, below this post…. has paid off. Ok, wait…. maybe the ranting didn’t pay off, but in an undirect way it did. I was blog surfing, after posting, and made my way to a fab site. You may have heard of her already, but I have just spent the last 20 minutes skimming through her posts, photos and recipes….. and all I can say is YUM!  Her site is The Pioneer Woman Cooks, then she has another site about her life, Confessions of a Pioneer Woman which also ‘purty darn good’. But I have to say that I will most definitely be venturing back to her cooking site to find some more yummy recipes to try out on my brood. YAY!
